Escrick.Net offers a not-for-profit service to Parish Councils to design and maintain their websites. This function is frequently left to the Clerk who has many other calls on their time, a parish councillor or a member of the public offering their services. Alternatively, many Parish Councils have no expertise to call on and therefore have no web presence at all.
